How do I change my email/username?
Select My Account.
Select Edit Personal Information (Under Edit Personal Information).


How do I change my password?
Select My Account.
Select Edit Password (Under Edit Personal Information).


I forgot my password. What do I do?
Click here, insert your email address, and a new password will be emailed to you. Please notice that you will only receive a new password, if the address you entered matches the email address currently associated with your Account.


How do I change my shipping addresses?
Select My Account.
Select Edit Shipping Addresses (Under Edit Personal Information).


How do I change my billing address?
Select My Account.
Select Edit Billing Addresses (Under Edit Personal Information).


How do I add DVDs to my View List?
Select the title you wish to add to your list.
Click on the View link at the end of the page to add that title to your View List


How do I remove DVDs from my View List?
Select My Lists.
Select the request date for the title you wish to remove from your list.
Click on the Cancel link at the end of the page to remove that title from your View List


How do I add DVDs to my Reserve List?
Select the title you wish to add to your list.
Click on the Reserve link at the end of the page to add that title to your Reserve List


How do I remove DVDs from my Reserve List?
Select My Lists.
Select the request date for the title you wish to remove from your list.
Click on the Cancel link at the end of the page to remove that title from your Reserve List


How do I check if a DVD has already been shipped to me?
Select My Lists.
Select the request date for the title you wish to verify the shipping status.
Look in the Order Status Table. The Shipping entry shows the date we shipped the title to you. If the entry is empty it means it has not been shipped to you yet.


How do I check which credits have been added to my account?
Select My Account.
Select Credits
